Emiratization Plus helps companies attract and develop top talent through targeted talent sourcing from our extensive network of young Emiratis, whom we have supported since their university years, as well as through motivation, mentoring, and consulting. The program is delivered in partnership with Departer, a trusted German executive search and recruitment firm specializing in leadership placements across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, combining local insight with international expertise. Our particular focus lies on hands-on mentoring during the first 90 days on the job, ensuring smooth integration and early impact. The result is a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

Elite Program for Fresh Graduates

A 10-week Train & Hire program in 4.0 technologies, sponsored by the Tawazun Council. From the GEI talent pool, Züblin selects suitable candidates; the training (2 weeks in the UAE, 8 weeks in Germany) provides hands-on experience and international competencies in relevant project areas. Upon successful completion, the program leads to a minimum 2-year employment contract with Züblin UAE, while regular reporting to the Tawazun Council ensures visibility up to the highest leadership level in the UAE.
