Jusoor International Leadership Program 2026: Connecting Emirati Talent with German Industry
The Jusoor International Leadership Program continues to build bridges between the UAE and Germany by connecting Emirati final-year undergraduate students with leading German companies for hands-on industry experience. Now in its fifth edition, the programme enables students to complete their mandatory internships in Germany, gain practical insights into international work environments, and develop the professional and intercultural skills required for future success.
Executed by the German Emirati Institute (GEI) together with PhoeniX17 Global and the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau, and sponsored by Sandooq Al Watan, Jusoor has already supported more than 100 Emirati students on their journey from academic learning to professional practice.
