Mandated by the Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement, GEI will lead the international training and capability-building components to prepare Emirati graduates for advanced industrial sectors. Al Seer Marine is the first company to officially join the programme, marking the beginning of collaboration with strategic industry partners across the UAE.

Students from Khalifa University Abu Dhabi are actively contributing to the feasibility study of the "DIEGOSat" microsatellite, a project led by Ruhr University Bochum in cooperation with the University of Bonn. By facilitating this collaboration, the German Emirati Institute (GEI) is helping to strengthen Emirati-German partnerships and drive joint initiatives in space research.

Shaping Future Leaders: Jusoor International Programme 2025 Graduation
The Jusoor International Programme 2025 has successfully concluded, celebrating 25 talented Emirati students who completed their internships in Germany. Hosted under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan and supported by Sandooq Al Watan, the graduation ceremony brought families, mentors, and university representatives together to honour the students’ creativity, leadership, and international achievements.
Throughout their placements, the students proudly represented the UAE, strengthened cultural ties, and gained invaluable professional experience. A heartfelt thanks goes to the partner companies, including Siemens Energy, Merck, Linde, Diehl Aerospace, Adesso, Wilo, Ariane, Roeder Präzision, Stoof, e.sic, and iplas, whose mentorship made this journey possible.
