GEI kicks off the OFUQ 4.0 Elite Talent Programme with its first official MoU. Mandated by the Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement, GEI will lead the international training and capability-building components to prepare Emirati graduates for advanced industrial sectors. Al Seer Marine is the first company to officially join the programme, marking the beginning of collaboration with strategic industry partners across the UAE.
