The Jusoor International Programme 2025 has successfully concluded, celebrating 25 talented Emirati students who completed their internships in Germany. Hosted under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan and supported by Sandooq Al Watan, the graduation ceremony brought families, mentors, and university representatives together to honour the students’ creativity, leadership, and international achievements.
Throughout their placements, the students proudly represented the UAE, strengthened cultural ties, and gained invaluable professional experience. A heartfelt thanks goes to the partner companies, including Siemens Energy, Merck, Linde, Diehl Aerospace, Adesso, Wilo, Ariane, Roeder Präzision, Stoof, e.sic, and iplas, whose mentorship made this journey possible.

The Jusoor International Leadership Programme – sponsored by Sandooq Al Watan and implemented in collaboration with the German Emirati Institute, PhoeniX17 Global, and the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau – empowers young talents through hands-on experience, intercultural exchange, and continuous mentorship.

At the AGYA panel “Navigating the Future” in Aachen, Helmut Reichelt, Program Director at the German Emirati Institute, joined leading voices from science, business, and culture to explore new models of Arab-German cooperation. The event highlighted the power of cross-cultural dialogue to drive innovation and sustainable development.

This funding marks a significant milestone in our efforts to drive innovation and sustainability. A special thank you to Minister Mona Neubaur for her participation in this important announcement. We look forward to the continued progress and collaboration in the coming years.
