Roeder Group Becomes Second Official Partner in OFUQ 4.0

The German Emirati Institute (GEI) welcomes Roeder Group as the second official partner in the OFUQ 4.0 International Programme, a flagship Emiratization initiative by the Tawazun Council.

Launched in January 2026, OFUQ 4.0 has already attracted strong support from leading industry partners. With Roeder Group joining, the programme continues to connect UAE national talent with world-class German industrial expertise. Additional globally recognised companies — including Lufthansa Technik — are expected to join soon, demonstrating confidence in the programme’s structure, international training model, and long-term strategic vision.

The programme aligns closely with the UAE’s governmental workforce development and advanced manufacturing strategies. It supports the objectives of Tawazun Council in fostering sustainable industrial growth and in-country value creation. OFUQ 4.0 helps build a knowledge-based, innovation-driven industrial ecosystem while ensuring structured knowledge transfer between German industry leaders and UAE nationals.

Through OFUQ 4.0, participating companies commit to long-term workforce development, structured technical training, and capability building in advanced MRO, smart manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 environments — fully embedded within national Emiratization and governmental frameworks.

Each new partnership strengthens the programme’s ecosystem and reinforces GEI’s role as a strategic bilateral facilitator, translating Emiratization policy and governmental objectives into operational, measurable industrial impact.

With multiple strategic partnerships secured within its first weeks, OFUQ 4.0 is emerging as a benchmark for structured Emiratization initiatives, industry–academia collaboration, governmental alignment, and UAE–Germany Industry 4.0 cooperation.
